Presenting a Pattern for Ranking of Operating Ability of Transportation of a Military Organization

In a military organization, the role of transportation should be much more strong and strategic character for the organization. In this context, the evaluation of operating ability of transportation and eliminate defects and problems, can help the managers to improve performance and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of transportation in the assigned missions. In this study, a model is presented for evaluating the operating ability of Transportation of a military organization. By studying the patterns that are used to evaluate the operational readiness, Criterion were extracted and classified. These Criterions are divided into three main sections of human resource capabilities, equipment capabilities and support resources capabilities, That is, each with its own components. Also, Using network analysis process and super decision software, these Criterions and their components were weighted. Based on this weight, operating ability of transportation can be evaluated.
