A Model for Redistribution of an Organizational Light Vehicle Among Echelons (Case Study: Toyota at one Military Organization)

Abstract:
Distribution is one of the most important topics in industrial engineering and logistics and supply chain that all organizations are dealing with it in the upper echelons and are looking for the optimum Distribution of resources and equipment among the echelon. Generally, it is seen that Organizations cannot have a good distribution if there is not a suitable criterion for the distribution of equipment and echelons that have more bargaining power, mostly get better equipment's and facilities. In this condition organizations should collect equipment's and redistribute them with the correct mechanism. In this study, a model was designed to distribute light vehicles which are different in condition, through different echelons. Readiness is the concept that used for comparing Vehicles that are different in situation. According to the model, the distribution is done in such a way that maximizes the vehicles readiness of echelons. In the end, the model was studied in one military organization and solved by CPLEX12.5.
