The Relationship between Resiliency, Excitement Seeking, Personality Traits and Occupational burnout in police women

Abstract:
The present paper investigates the relationship between resiliency, excitement seeking, personality traits and occupational burnout in police women. Research instruments include Resilience and Davison, Zuckerman questionnaire, excitement seeking scale, NEO personality inventory, a questionnaire Maslach et al (1976), respectively. The statistical population of was from Tehran police women, they chose using the class-sampling of (relative) population size by 1000 and the sample size was 360 people, according chi 2. Based on standardized coefficient beta (Beta), resilience (0.527), excitement seeking (0.409) And personality traits (0.318), were in significant contribution for explaining the variance in Tehran police on women’s burnout. The negative correlation between resilience, burnout, excitement exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment showed the predictive power of resilience as a strong predictor of burnout, so that these behaviors can be reduced by increasing resilience and burnout police in women.
