Mohammed bin Salman and the Future of Cooperation in Arab World

Saudi Arabia is considered as a regional power and its foreign policy is influenced by internal, regional, structural and transregional factors. Disputes over the current power relation in this country) deviation from the traditional approach of power transference) , has affected the center of power and policy in a way that it can be considered as a new chapter in the security issues in Saudi Arabia and the region. Therefore ¡ a thorough understanding of the foreign policy of Saudi Arabia is highly dependent on the perception of internal factors as well its membership role in regional equations, organizations and coalitions. Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the Arab League are among the ones that will be evaluated in this paper.
This study is an investigation of the role of Muhammed bin Salman, in case of the realization of the probable scenario of his kingdom in Saudi Arabia, as an influential person in the political and power arenas of the Saudi Arabia in Gulf Cooperation Council and the Arab League.
In other words, this paper by examining the convergence and divergence variables attempts to focus on both the extent to which Muhammed bin Salman can be influential in internal and external arenas of Saudi Arabia and the extent to which he can be affected by them and how these issues can affect the future of the region as well as Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the Arab League. The approach used in this research is a historical-analytical method.
