Hosseini Identification, and Organizational Identification

This article aims to introduce organizational identification as one of important subjects which has attracted organizational scholars and practitioners, and the possibility of using organizational identification to improve individual's behavior in modern organizations. Based on the assumption of the existence of identification with Shia imams in Shia culture, especially with Imam Hossein (p.b.u.h) which is noticeable in Shia people lives, Hosseini Identification has been introduced. Using identification factors introduced in literature, the way of expressing identification with Imam Hossein (p.b.u.h) by Shia people has been investigated. As a conclusion, the possibility of the use of identification with Imam Hossein (p.b.u.h) as a means of enhancing religious education is discussed.
