A Model of Human Behavior Based on Holly Quran

The science of Organizational Behavior (OB), based on its goals has its own characteristics. OB has a practical approach to the behavior of Human. Therefore, a systematic and comprehensive view to the variables influencing Human behavior is essential. However, in fact, the most important variables -"i.e: Descriptive Models of Human Behavior"- are neglected. Descriptive Models of Human Behavior are scientific and organized models describing "How Human Behave". Regarding to the essential concepts of Human Psychology like: Intelligence, Motivation and Sense, These Models are more practical in OB. This neglect of Descriptive models of Human Behavior is because of complexity of human internal variables and external environment and difficulty of modeling human behavior. Holly Quran has described human behavior in many sections (Ayah) . It is using exact and clear phrases, explaining Models of Human Behavior in Quran's view. In fact, we can improve our scientific findings in OB using Quran "clues" in Descriptive Models of Human Behavior. This research is explaining Quran's Systematic view to the behavior of Human and presents some Descriptive Models of Human Behavior based on Quran. Methodology of this research is based on "Subject researches in Quran" that is compatible to the entity of this research.
