In this experimental study, U-87 cell line was grown in DMEM ýsupplemented with 10% FBS, penicillin/streptomycin (100 U/ml, 100 µg/ml) at 37 ◦C in 5% CO2, then ýthe effects of different concentrations of complexes on Glioblastoma cell were evaluated by MTT and ýDAPI staining. ý
Herein, we demonstrated that these compounds had cytotoxicity effects of Glioblastoma ýcancer cells. In a dose dependent manner, a significant cytotoxicity was observed with increasing of ýP1M and P3. ý
The results showed that Girard-P reagent-based Schiff bases and their dimethyltin (IV) ýcomplexes have the ability to induce cytotoxicity in the Glioblastoma cancer cell line in lower mg/ml ýconcentrations.
