A review of Specialized Qard-alhasan Studies

Introduction
A special type of loan is Qard-alhasan. Although Gharzolhasaneh for legal and judicial duties comes as a contract, But the fulfillment of it, have certain conditions that separate it from other duties. Legislation of Qard-alhasan is turning point in Iran's interest-free banking.
Statement of the problem: The goal of Qard-alhasan researched is, In order to introduce the under investigation field, In the Qard-alhasan field. In this research tries to explain some basics of Qard-alhasan, and express Definitions and concepts. In addition, by division the research in 5 separate categories, activities and the results were evaluated.
Results
Finally, based on studies, we try to discuss some of the features in Qard-alhasan field that had been neglected. Some of these points are, Lack of authors sufficient legal literacy, Insufficient attention to the main sources of Qard-alhasan (Ahlul Bayt), Lack of attention to weaknesses in the structure of Islamic banking in conjunction with Qard-alhasan, Just look livelihood to Qard-alhasan issue, Lack of sufficient quantitative research in the field of Qard-alhasan and Lack of research that focused on Qard-alhasan infrastructure.
