In this research, 375 persons were selected by using random sampling via Cochran formula as sample volume. The results of the survey data show that all the studied Villages have low levels of social vitality, as the application of actor analysis show the most effect of first factor (including thirteen variables: the passion, happiness, etc.) is on rural participation. As well as results of the regression analysis, the variables used meaningful effect the rate of participation in rural development process shows. Therefore, with planning and advice to farmers in order to increase their participation in social vitality, We can increase interest and success of development plans.
