Explaining The Requirements for Drafting a National Document For The Development of The Physical Territory

This paper that according to the issue design, research purposes and nature, considered as a basic research that in which the content analysis method and utilizing documentary studies and analysis of secondary data is used. The results showed that country while owning capabilities and significant advantage, faced with two categories of fundamental issues and challenges that be classified in both structural and contextual challenges and transition from the current situation to the desired state will be possible through exposure to the country's development planning is based on spatial planning.
