Abstract:
The main question of this research, it is Imam Ali was the idealist thinkers and politicians failed to form a government. Is Imam has Techniques governmentality practices, institutions and procedures that can be used as a rule benefit from it. Politics is composed of two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical principles, concepts, goals and methods and practical approaches in the implementation and planning is highlighted. governmentality means thinking about government institutions both emphasized. in this article, with interpretation of the letter of Nahj perspective the concept of the rule of Imam Alis. time wrote letters Imam ruling. and pay attention to the ideals and objectives, to devise practical techniques has created the public arena. In this study, we have examined the three branches of governmentality: armani techniques, the place techniques and otherness construction techniques. to be analyzed The network of power relations and political positions of Imam whether institutional practices and rational problem solving is proposed.
