The Effect of Human Resource Management Functions on Organizational Performance

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of human resource management functions on organizational performance and role of Marketing capability as moderator variable. This is, based on purpose, an applied research, however, it is a descriptive survey in terms of data collection. In this study, a sample from the financial and credit institutions and banks of Mazandaran were selected by Non-probability sampling. A questionnaire was distributed among 26 of them and finally usable questionnaires were considered and analyzed. For analyzing the collected data and performing confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation method has been used. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated by Cronbach's alpha: this was for human resource management functions of%88, marketing capability of %89 and organizational performance of %83. The results show that human resource management functions have positive significant effect on organizational performance and Marketing capability and also shows that Marketing capability has positive and significant effect on organizational performance.
