Strategies to Deteriorate the Managers by Staff in Governmental Organizations

Organizations ascribe their own performance under the management. management comes into existence by the staff. Accepting the logics of interaction between manager and staff is the master key of organization sustainability. This becomes duplicated in organizations using public financing. The relationship between manager and staffs is not always productive. Conflict is a common issue in governmental organizations in which there appear destructive behaviors. Relying on the relationship conflict theory, this research aims to investigate the organizational strategies for deterioration of governmental staffs. The statistical population of this study is the employees of the public sector of Iran and its sample are employees of the Hamedan Tax Organization. The results show that the outcome of such a stress and conflict appears in deviational behaviors as a destructive phenomenon when the staffs set off to retaliate the managers and take some strategies in action. These strategies are classified into three categories of destruction of organizational prestige, social prestige and professional prestige of managers. This research aims to identify each of these strategies to make the governmental organization managers aware of conflicts and the outcomes.
