ISIS; From Military to Security

The emergence of ISIS Takfiries after the conquest of Mosul on March 24, 2016 by goal of forming a state, has made this terrorist group to a unique case in the world. The hierarchical structure of this group and the formation of administrative, political and military elements has revealed a new model from an illegal organization that calls for a government organization. After the end of this organization's life in Iraq, It seems that though this thought has failed from the material and territorial dimension, but with the deepening of the ethno-religious dipoleism of this thought, Changing the structure from hierarchy to network and from military to security is evident. This research, along with the genealogy of this kind of terrorist, shows the passage with an analytical and descriptive look.
