A Comparative assessment of Teaching - Learning Process Management in Primary Schools of Shiraz City Based On Qualitative Model

Abstract:
The aim of study was to assess cpmparatively the teaching- learning process management based on qualitative model of teaching-learning processes management. The research method was descriptive survey and the statistical population was included 353 schools that 15 percent of schools and two classes from each school were selected by cluster random sampling method. Instrument was researcher-made scale. This scale has 70 items which assessed six dimension of model consist physical environment, psycho-social environment, preparation, instruction, integration and evaluation. The results showed that actual condition in 6 dimensions of model were significantly differ from ideal situation. The most attention devoted to physical environment and minimal attention devoted to instruction and the difference between means was significant. Academic degree of teachers and gender of students had not a significant impact on application of 6 dimensions of QMTLPM but teacher's field of study had a significant impact on application of 6 dimensions of QMTLPM.
