Putin's Mental Abilities

Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to gain Putin's behavioral style in Foreign Policy as the current Russian president to anticipate his future political behaviors. Political psychology of personality can be used as one of the most appropriate interdisciplinary methods in understanding politics and recognizing political personalities. These studies have been based on psychoanalysis in the past and in recent years with a cognitive approach. Cognitive Psychology seeks to answer the question of how people think. In this case, intelligence can be considered as an umbrella of unity, which we can understand the adaptive nature of human cognition through it. The study of Putin's political intelligence can be a solution to the problem. According to most psychologists, intelligence controls the balance between mental structures affected by the peripheral environment and external realities. Some mental abilities such as learning ability, memory power, problem solving, creativity, and decision making in intelligence system are very important. This article studies the role of these abilities in the political intelligence of this person, relying on cognitive theories and political psychology.
