Abstract:
With the advent of the AKP, Turkish foreign policy took on a new form, the country's policymakers paid more attention to the soft power. Davutoglu and his Strategic Depth theory was of particular importance.In the same vein, and with the economic advancements of Turkey, development assistance and humanitarian assistance became an important part of Turkish instrument of influence in the world.Moreover, the role of the civil society of Turkey, which had become more powerful during the era of Justice and Development Party, should not be neglected.Therefore, the present study seeks to explain Turkey's foreign policy during the Justice and Development Party, based on the theory of Hans Maul, which focuses on the concept of the role of civilian foreign policyAnd explores the tools, goals, and how to apply Turkish civilian power in Africa.The main question here is what are the elements that make up Turkey's civilian power in Africa? Our hypothesis is that the creation of a democratic society with the economic well-being inside and presenting it as a model in African countries, taking multilateral and cooperative policies in the international arena and using economic instruments , Diplomatic, cultural and religious forms of Turkish civilian power in Africa
