Providing a model to enhance the professional competence of educational managers in all universities

Human beings are the most valuable and the greatest asset of society so education is vital. Competent people are able to utilize individual knowledge, abilities, skills, abilities, and attributes to achieve the goals and standards required for their roles and performance, thereby continually improving the organization for competitive advantage. Therefore, identifying and enhancing their individual skills, knowledge, abilities and attributes and their competencies for the success of the organization is inevitable. The researcher in this study seeks to present a model for enhancing the professional competence of educational managers at universities.

The method of this research is applied and exploratory. The method of data collection is quantitative. In this study, library methods as well as researcher-made questionnaires were used to collect data on literature and theoretical foundations, formulate hypotheses and present basic pattern of the subject. Descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage of frequency, frequency distribution table, graphs, and description of the characteristics of respondents to the questionnaire are used to describe the data. In inferential analysis through factor analysis, the data will be analyzed. The statistical population consisted of 150 people and 107 of them answered the questionnaire.

The components and indicators of professional competencies promotion of educational managers include value, motivation, technology and management, knowledge, interpersonal skills and personality traits that can be very helpful in reducing gap and preventing deviation in decision making.

The special attention of senior managers of universities to important management, technology and technology factors, personality traits, and finally interpersonal skills, enables them to achieve their goals and programs in order to enhance the professional competence of educational managers.
