Explaining the viability of the central part of Tabriz metropolis with a foresight approach

After the revolution, the cities experienced a rapid process of urbanization and accepted more than their population capacity that it revealed many urban problems. Accordingly, many urban sit-ins were expelled that Provide effective solutions to prevent environmental damage From this point of view, many opinions and views were raised in this regard among them was the viability of the School of Sustainable Development.The biodegradability approach seeks to make urban spaces more livable for the population living in it.The aim of this study is to evaluate the viability in the central part of Tabriz metropolis.In this regard, library-field method has been used to collect information. In this study, 37 indicators in the form of five components (economic, socio-cultural, physical, environmental and accessibility) have been used to explain the viability of the central part. MICMAC software is used to investigate the relationship and effects and extract factors and in order to determine the probable future conditions of habitability of these factors in the form of speculations, the Wizard scenario has been used.The results of the study showed that out of 37 indicators examined, 10 indicators (investment, user compatibility, security, revenue, quality of green space, quality of buildings, pollution, public transportation, crime rate and quality of neighborhood relations) They are known as the most key indicators. The living conditions of the Tabriz have shown 4 strong scenarios, 679 weak scenarios and 31 possible scenarios. Among the possible scenarios: the loneliness of a scenario is in the desired state its coefficient was 0.9%
