Identifying and Ranking the Dimensions of Innovation Management in Islamic Azad Universities of Mazandaran Province
The overall purpose of this study was to identify and rank the dimensions of innovation management in Islamic Azad universities of Mazandaran province. This applied research was conducted with a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) with an exploratory design. In a small part, a descriptive survey method was used. The statistical population consisted of 20 professors of the free universities of Mazandaran province in the qualitative section and 1537 faculty members of the Islamic Azad universities of Mazandaran province in the quantitative section. Considering the saturation law, 10 people and in a small part, based on Cochranchr('39')s formula, 308 people were selected as a sample by stratified random sampling method. A researcher-made Innovation Management Questionnaire with 66 questions was used to collect data. The face and content validity of the instrument were confirmed by experts and their combined reliability and Cronbachchr('39')s alpha were calculated above 0.7. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis tests were used to analyze the data. The results showed that innovation management has 8 and the culture of the organization with a factor of 0.913 has a higher rank and then organizational incentives with a factor of 0.834 has a lower rank.
