Investigating the Relationship between the Cultural values and the formation of the View of Residential spaces in Qasrodasht neighborhood of Shiraz

The population growth of city of Shiraz in the area of Qasrodasht neighborhood in the contemporary period has led to the construction of extensive residential spaces and the destruction of the neighborhood view. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between cultural values and the formation of the view of residential spaces in the Qasrodasht neighborhood of Shiraz. The statistical population of this study is Qasrodasht neighborhood of Shiraz. The sampling method is simply random. The type of research in the research is survey (field research) and the research method is the correlation between the variables. Path factor analysis model in LISREL software is to predict the relationship between independent, dependent and mediated variables including the cultural values, the view (man-made and natural elements) and perception. A questionnaire is researcher-made. And the validity and reliability of the questionnaire have been checked by the opinion of professors and Alpha Cronbach in SPSS software. And the questionnaire itself is filled with non-probabilistic sampling.The results are examined at two levels of descriptive statistics (duration of residence) and inferential statistics (correlation and significance level of the relationship). In the path analysis model, the relationship between independent variable (cultural values), dependent variable (View including man-made and natural view) and mediator (perception) have been approved. The dependent variable, natural elements, is more related to the cultural values and this indicates that natural elements have played a more important role in the quality of view
