Quality of Work Life and its Role in the Organizational Indifference of Sport Teachers
Due to the increasing importance of effective human resources in the success of organizations, today researchers have paid great attention to the quality of work life and organizational indifference. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect and role of quality of work life on organizational indifference of sport teachers in Zanjan province. The research method is applied, descriptive-correlation with field method. Randomly stratified 130 sport teachers of the province(80 females, 50 males) answered to the questionnaires of quality of work life Walton (1973)and organizational indifference Danaifard et al. (2010) with acceptable reliability and credibility. Data analysis was performed at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics using Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Pearson correlation and regression tests. The results showed that the quality of work life and its subscales affect the organizational indifference of sport teachers in Zanjan province. Therefore, it is suggested that the relevant authorities should pay more attention to increasing the job satisfaction and indifference of the teachers and take step in the direction of the valuable goals of the Ministry of Education and the country's development.
