Strategic Analysis of Capacities Development of Start-Up E-Businesses in the Sistan & Baluchestan
The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategic capacity development of start-up in Sistan and Baluchestan province. Therefore, the research is applied research in terms of purpose and is descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. The population is start-up E-businesses in Sistan and Baluchestan province (30 business owners). Due to the small population, the sample size was set at 30. The researcher-made questionnaire was distributed electronically among samples and data were collected due to the prevalence of the corona epidemic. To answer the research questions, factor analysis method in Smart PLS3 and Friedman test in SPSS were used. The results showed 25 strategies in the structural dimension with the indicators of infrastructure and manpower, the background dimension with the indicators of environmental institutions and business capabilities and the behavioral dimension with the index of managerial competence, skills and entrepreneurial competence in developing e-business capacity. Toddlers are effective. According to the rankings obtained in the Friedman test, the social media and virtual network attention strategy ranks first, the support of executives and government organizations and accelerators, the chamber of commerce ranks second, and the analysis of opportunities and ideas that can be commercialized. Achieved third place in developing the capacity of start-up e-businesses. Finally, based on the research results, suggestions were given for developing the capacity of start-up electronic businesses in Sistan and Baluchestan province.
