Comparison of the effectiveness of emotion-based therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy online on reducing interpersonal problems and communication patterns of couples during quarantine due to Corona virus
The aim of the present study was to compare the effectiveness of emotion-based therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy online on reducing interpersonal problems and couples\' communication patterns during quarantine due to coronary artery disease. The statistical population of the present study was all couples in Tehran who had communication problems during coronary heart disease and quarantine. Among the clients, a total of 45 people were selected as available and randomly selected in 3 groups of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy experiments (n = 15), emotion-oriented therapy experiment (n = 15) and control group (n = 15). The research instruments included Christensin and Salawi (1984) Communication Patterns Questionnaire and Interpersonal Problems Questionnaire (IIP-32). The members of the first experimental group underwent 8 sessions of 90-minute online subject to mindfulness-based orthopedic therapy based on the protocol presented by Segal and Williams (2002) and the second experimental group also underwent 10 sessions of 90-minute online online in They were exposed to Johnson (2010) emotion therapy and the control group did not receive any treatment. The results showed that mindfulness-based emotion and cognitive therapy approaches were able to significantly reduce interpersonal problems and improve communication patterns in all The following components are effective (p <0.001). The emotion-oriented approach is more effective on communication patterns and interpersonal problems than the mindfulness approach.
