Providing a Model for Evaluating the Success of Public Policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran
The present study was formed to address the ambiguity of the concepts of evaluation and policy success, and has continued to determine the success indicators of the Islamic Republic of Iran's political system. Assuming that under these conditions, there is considerable uncertainty in the evaluation indexes. This ambiguity caused by the various administrations of various stakeholder groups for the success and failure of the public policies of a political system may give rise to some sort of gridlock. As a result, it leads to a loss of public trust in the political system. The present study, considering this issue, while examining existing models for evaluating the success of public policies, with reference to Ayatollah Khamenei's statements, seeks to elucidate the indicators that govern the performance of the government. The present research method is organized in the form of a qualitative research method with a developmental purpose. Theoretical sampling was the research data acquisition strategy and the deductive content analysis and content analysis were the data mining strategies of this research. In the validation phase, the method of constant comparisons and referral of experts (19 persons) in the form of fuzzy Delphi method was used. Finally, 126 components were agreed upon, which were categorized into four general themes: political outcomes (27 components), distributive outcomes (16 components), meta-analysis (31 components), and goals (52 components).
