" Today, the growing importance of intellectual capital as an effective tool for competition in the organization. The role and contribution to the capital in the progress of the administrative, technical and economic and social issue, a new study has been so that it is a valuable tool for the development of a key assets.The study aims to examine the relationship between the capital and performance of human resources. The present study objectives of the kind of practical and in terms of the method of descriptive survey. statistical community, including the headquarters of the province of that law enforcement mazandaran using kokeran, 198 people randomly selected. means of collecting information, a questionnaire which consists of two parts. questionnaire intellectual capital which, according to the standard questionnaire Bontis(1999)and Questionnaire human resources. questions the reliability of using the formula for the Cronbach's intellectual property and performance 0.74 respectively, 0.92 measures and was approved, to express the description and analysis of data descriptive statistics and meaningful review of the research hypotheses Pearson correlation with SPSS15 software used.findings and the results of research suggests that intellectual property and its components with the performance of human resources and direct connection.
