The Investigation of Relation between Job Culture and Sense of Security (Case Study: Rasht City)
The job culture is an effective concept to increase the power of a society to produce, which we can investigate the range of changes in job field of citizens through its increasing and reduction. This article is to study and investigate the impacts of job culture on concepets such as sense of security and tendency to false job. The method of this article was survey.T he sample size was 384 and its 384 members chosen through random sampling method from 20 different zones of Rasht that has been asked door to door by a questionnaire as this research tool to collect information . The current manuscript holds two hypotheses. The first one is about the relation between job culture and sense of security studied by Pearson’s correlation method.The result showed there was no significant relationship between the two variables but in contrary there was a significant relation between the ethical and monetary(financial) aspects of sense of security and job culture,as with the increasing of job culture score,sense of security would be increased in ethical and financial apects. The second hypothesis is about the negative significant relation between job culture and false employment. Totaly, this article proved that it’s essential to study and investigate the subjective effective factors on job. As the second hypothesis result showed, one of the problems of society is correction of subjective culture. Since, when the subjective culture in job case is not corrected, it causes citizens to have more tendencies to some works such as ToTo, gamble and trafficking (contraband).
