Presentation of Compensation Model with Organizational Attachment Approach(Case study: Bank Melli Iran)
The compensation model should be developed in a way that causes employees satisfaction and organizational attachment to achieve organizational goals. Therefore, this study aims to present and compensation model with an organizational attachment approach in Bank Melli Iran. The present study is applied exploratory research in terms of purpose and its methodology is a qualitative type obtained from grounded theory. In this study, in-depth interviews based on a qualitative research strategy and theoretical sampling method were performed with 17 experts and banking managers and 7 university professors who are specialists in the field of human resources to reach theoretical saturation, and the resulting data were encoded and categorized and causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, strategies, and consequences identified and finally led to the compensation model with an organizational attachment approach. In order to validate the research, the criteria of transferability, reliability, validity, generality, accuracy, conformity, and comprehensibility and for the validity of findings member checking, peer debriefing, and triangulation are used. In order to calculate the consistency of the research findings, retest reliability and intra-subject agreement method were used. The presented model leads to a better understanding of managers and planners from the relationship between organizational attachment criteria and compensation criteria, especially in the banking network.
