Mohamd Baqer Sadr's affection on IRI Constitution

The IRI Constitution was compiled and approved by the connoisseur parliament in a short time after the establishment of Islamic revolution. Its content is mostly derived from Islamic teaching and in some cases, is based upon the method of intellectuals. It should be stated that the part played by Muslim scholars have been considerable in the field. The paper has shown that Mohamad Baqer Sadr's political and jurisprudential thought along with Imam Khomaini's can be consider of high effect on it. Such thoughts with a Divine approach along with justifying Islamic view on such topics as Divine absolute right for sovereignty, man's place in the order of creation and man's freedom have formed the framework of IRI Constitution.
