The evolution of cryptocurrencies is associated with crime and the use of this new technology for illegal purposes not only facilitates criminal activity around the world, but also the security of those who use cryptocurrencies for legal purposes. It also raises the question of what precautionary measures can be taken against currency-related crimes?

This research has been descriptively-analytically analyzed.

Governments and prosecutors should develop new oversight concepts and research methods or modify traditional methods. Situational prevention is a type of non-criminal prevention method that is based on position-based methods.
