Sociological Factors Affecting Individualistic Tendencies of Qeshm Island Tourism Host Society (Spring 1400)

In connection with the development of tourism, important and less considered categories such as sociological characteristics, in particular, the individualistic tendencies of the host society from the perspective of tourists have a significant role in the view and satisfaction of tourists. Therefore, various dimensions of individualism should be considered in analyzing and explaining the capacity of the host society. In this study, an attempt has been made to find solutions to increase the satisfaction of tourists by recognizing the effective factors on increasing the selfish individualism of the host community of Qeshm Island tourists. The researcher with the pragmatism paradigm approach extracted the items using interviews and by analyzing the heuristic factor into four lifestyle variables with a correlation of 0.697, life satisfaction with a correlation of -0.520, generalization with a correlation of -0.539 and generalized trust with a correlation of 0.860. - achieved with the dependent variable of selfish individualism. The results indicate that the increase in modern lifestyle tendencies has increased selfish individualism, but the increase in life satisfaction, generalization and generalized trust is inversely related to the increase in selfish individualism.
