Articulation of key themes for knowledge management implementation in Iran's nuclear industry based on ISO knowledge management standard
Management patterns and standards in the deployment phase need to be localized to the needs and requirements of the industry, and this is essential in the nuclear industry as a knowledge-based industry. In this research, using content analysis method and with the tools of library review and interviews with industry experts, an applied standard in accordance with ISO 30401 in 3 dimensions and 14 final concepts for core knowledge management are presented. The main dimensions of requirements in knowledge development, knowledge transfer and conversion and enablers were categorized. In the knowledge development dimension, the concepts of receiving new knowledge, applying current knowledge, preserving current knowledge, and dealing with outdated or invalid knowledge were selected. For the dimension of knowledge transfer and transformation, concepts such as human interaction, knowledge presentation, knowledge combination and internalization and learning, and finally for the enablers dimension, concepts such as human capital, processes, technology and infrastructure, governance and knowledge management culture are categorized. The results of this study, in addition to being fruitful in manufacturing and research organizations for the management of nuclear knowledge, can be used as a reference in the KMAV program of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
