Identifying and prioritizing the components of human resource management competencies based on the Analytical Hierarchy (AHP) approach (Case study: one of the collections of Basij Mostazafin organization)
The aim of this study was to identify and prioritize the components of human resource management competency based on the hierarchical analysis approach from the perspective of the staff of one of the strata of the Basij Organization for the Underprivileged. Methodologically, the present study is descriptive-survey and is applied in terms of purpose. By examining the theoretical foundations related to the competency components of managers, among 25 criteria, 18 criteria were identified as key indicators in the study organization and finally using fuzzy hierarchical analysis method and Expert Choice and Excel softwares, Ability to discover, attract and retain talent ranked highest among these 18 factors.
