Presenting a favorable image of student mobilization based on the statements of the Supreme Leader

With the benefit of special characteristics in human resources and the full cycle of role-playing from problem solving to field action and the comprehensiveness of related issues, the student mobilization is of special importance as a leading stratum regarding the lofty goals of the Islamic Revolution, but the lack of drawing the ideal state of activism And the role-playing of this organization by relying on an unconvincing and single source can lead to non-targeted movements and the lack of consolidation of the capacities of this group in the direction of the priority issues of the Islamic Revolution, and as a result, the deviation of this group from its main mission. The present research aims to provide a favorable image of the student mobilization by examining 128 speeches of their statements, among which 38 speeches are completely related to the topic, 50 speeches have little relevance and 40 speeches have repetitive themes and were not included in the analysis. The research is of qualitative type and the method used in it is thematic analysis. After reviewing 34 related lectures, 86 initial codes were extracted in the form of 44 basic themes, 11 organizing themes and 4 overarching themes including existential philosophy, mission and goals, necessary measures to realize the mission and goals, culture and distinguishing features and elements. The basis of the student organization was organized and a comprehensive model of ideal and desirable role-playing of student mobilization based on the intellectual system of the Supreme Leader was extracted.
