Non-criminal prevention of women's victimization in cyber space
cyberspace as the second habitat of modern man has completely different conditions from his real life, the ease of access to it, the possibility of communication with all human beings and the speed of communication has made it expand day by day. After that, people will use it more and spend their time in this space, and in this regard, the possibility of people getting hurt, especially women, will increase. However, in this article, the authors seek to provide non-criminal prevention solutions (criminological prevention) of women's victimization in cyber space.
The present research was carried out using a descriptive and analytical method.
The findings of the research confirm that the theoretical foundations of women's victimization in cyber space can be proposed in the context of acceleration theories, the theory of lifestyle in cyber space, the theory of daily activities in cyber space, and the theory of rational choice, and provide solutions. Non-criminal prevention in this field is by applying situational prevention strategies through anonymizers and encryption measures, licensing measures, identity verification, the role of FATA police and anticipating filtering, as well as applying social prevention strategies for the victimization of women in cyberspace in the form of public information. Through mass media, training and promotion of cyber literacy, training for the correct use of virtual networks, content classification and labeling, and development of codes of conduct can be done.
