Abstract:

one of the important axiom of resilient economy is correct consumption management. One of the important goals of using a resilient economy is the correct management of food in student restaurants due to the mass consumption of food that will play a significant role in managing consumption and realizing resilience economy in macro. Study and analyze the diet of four universities along with the amount of food used in each type of food shows that in some food groups such as the meat group, the daily intake exceeds the body's share of the dose, and sometimes more than doubled, while That other food groups are not getting properly. in addition, this creates additional costs, will result in the absence of the required material for the body, the spread of various diseases and, consequently, the cost of treatment. In the next step, the design of the application of the Internet of things to determine the required amount of each food group, the amount consumed at any given moment, the amount of remaining daily maintenance, dietary recommendations, and so on.
