Identifying and prioritizing the factors affecting police employees stress prevention in Northern Khorasan Province Based on TOPSIS multi-criteria decision making techniques

Abstract:
Stress is counted one of the important concepts on study of psychology and mental health and applies generally on different qualities such as pains, discomforts and illnesses. Ordinary people recognize it as a painful and unpleasant phenomenon, physicians’ point of view of physiological responses, based on psychiatrists and the psychologists on the stress and apply mechanisms to change the behavior and emotional history. The aim of this study was to identify factors affecting police employees stress is prevention. Based on the research horizon purpose descriptive of college is kind. To search for personality factors affecting stress, two standard questionnaires Neo and DASS is used. DOS-based neo reliability and Cronbach's alpha coefficient, 91/0, 92/0 and has been approved. Syrian questionnaire on the 87/0, which indicates high reliability, is calculated. The population of Northern Khorasan prevents police staff consists of 600 people. The sample size of the study was 234 patients and the samples were selected randomly using Morgan table. The results of the regression model shows that the features of the neurosis and responsibility of the individual factors affecting stress. Also, "job dissatisfaction family of" the highest and "concerns about the absence of timely solve family problems" minimal impact on stress. Also, "low wages and benefits than other jobs in the community," the highest and "lack of confidence in the business environment" has less impact on job stress among employees of the society. Finally, using TOPSIS showed that more than other occupational factors on job stress affect the community.
