Dynamics of governance model in the Islamic Republic of Iran; Description and policy recommendations on segregation of reading from Ayatollah Khamenei's point of view

Development in contemporary Iran has always been the focus of governments, decision-making bodies, scientific-research centers, as well as intellectuals and public opinion. In recent years, the Iranian Islamic model of progress has been implemented as an alternative to the development model in Iran, but beyond the half-finished document presented by the relevant center, by the operational center that is being implemented or implemented. The authors of this research believe that the model of governance in Iran needs to present a more objective view of the country's historical situation in order to be able to guarantee the country's progress. Dealing with this issue is because until the development model is designed based on the criteria and priorities of the country at the legal levels, documents alone will not help the country's progress. In this way, the main research question is: What are the components and stages of the governance model in the Islamic Republic of Iran for progress? The data collection method here is document-library and its processing method is thematic analysis. Arriving at the main answer started from explaining the necessity of the local development model based on the reading of Ayatollah Khamenei's views, and finally reached the proposition that the governance model in Iran is based on three fundamental steps in the common, distinct and specific needs of the society.
