Psychological Analysis of Effective Personality

Productivity is regarded as the most significant mission in modern organizations. Yet, the most important problem facing Iranian organizations, the low rate of productivity. Although various factors play important roles in the productivity of an organization, human factor seems to be the most significant concern. Ability and motivation of the employees, as well as their situational concerns, are the maim determinants of human effectiveness. Studies (Deci, 1975; McClend, 1962) revealed that effective people practice mostly based on their internal motivations than external stimuli. Based on the studies and theories provided by Bandura, McClend, Ratter, and Smith, this essay, which is the report of a comparative study, tries to seek answers to the following. questions: 1- What are the internal motivation resources which affect human productivity? That is, which of the personal features of a person is effective in his/her internal motivation, and thereby, in his/her productivity? 2- Is there any relationship among various personal features, which are effective in his/her productivity? 3- Are there common features in different personal aspects which are effective in individual's productivity, based upon which and relying on strong psychological theories, one can introduce a pattern and profile for an effective person?
