Precepts Discovery through Induction

Abstract:
Searching details to attain a general precept is called induction. Can we discover precepts through induction? It has more important effects than consensus, for example, jurists can discover some precepts after analyzing the excuse. They also relates the origins of it to the ignorance.Mirzaye Ghomi knows induction as a necessity. He indicates if a jurist doesn’t induce, he may make a mistake.At last, the author mentions we shouldn’t use suspicion induction in the jurisprudence to discover precepts.
