Designing and Explaining Strategic Control Paradigm for Country's Cultural Systems

Strategic control is a main duty of organizations executives at strategic level, in which the principal variables or vital factors of organization's success are ldentified and are carefully and consistenty monitored by the organization's senior decision makers. Strategic control precedes managerial control, supporting organization's long-term objectives, strategies, and missions.In this article, the strategic control paradigm of country's cultural organizations is presented and examined through integrity and route analysis methods, using the data gathered from a number of cultural systems.Results indicate that the data gathered properly fits with the strategic control paradigm of the country's culfural systems and values of the paradigm fitness parameters including GFI, NFI, MRSEA and other parameters calculated proves the merit of the conceptual paradigm fitness proposed by the researchers and country's cultural senior executives can utilize this paradigm to strategically control their organizations.
