In recent decades، social changes and changes related to technology have aected boththe tasks of managers and the methods for development، functioning and relationsinside and outside organizations. Accordingly، new factors have attracted attention inorganizations and organizational theories and some old concepts have become moresignicant. Increasing the awareness about these facts and concepts and using them inorganizations has an important eect on expediting organizational aairs. In this article،these new facts are referred to as “the basis for organizational success. Mention is madeof some samples of these concepts and their eect and position in organizations، andespecially in archives، is studied. Findings show that achieving organizational success inany organization، including archives، demands the manager and sta to learn and employspecial skills such as: organizational culture، organizational learning، organizationalrelations etc.
