A Study of the Relationship between Organizational Entrepreneurship and Creativity (A case Study of Vocational training Organization of Gachsaran)
This survey addressed the relationship between organizational entrepreneurship and creativity in Vocational Training Organization of Gachsaran. The sample of the study comprised all the employees of the organization. The research instruments included a 121-item questionnaire on organizational entrepreneurship and a 28-item questionnaire on creativity. Data analyses involved both descriptive (mean, standard deviation, and frequency) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation and multiple regression). The results of the study revealed that there was a significantly positive relationship between organizational entrepreneurship and creativity (p<0.05).
