An Introduction to the Structuralist Bootiqa with a Glance at some Stories by Attar Neishaburi

Given the dozens of approaches to literary criticism in literary studies, Bootiqa, avoiding the supra-textual tendencies and directionalities common among many scholars, has tried to reduce the literary phenomenon to systematic and objective components like language. He has often borrowed his analyses from linguistics and has benefited from semiotics in the clarification of the structure of speech, the description of forms and the discovery of their relations.This article focuses on the applicability rate of this approach to Persian literature and literary studies, based on some stories by Sheikh Attar.
