The current research intends to apply an extended version of articial neural networks approach for solving a linear fractional Volterra integro-dierential equation. More precisely, our main discussion in this study is to answer this fundamental question practically: That is, would it be possible to speed up the convergence of a given neural network structure by substituting the standard rst-order derivative with a fractional order one. It is worth mentioning that, there is no certain geometric interpretation for fractional order derivative of a continuous function at a point in the domain. But, we strongly believe that this derivative calculus might help us to discover an ecient iterative technique to approximate solution of the earlier mentioned math problem. In this way, two simple but typical comparative test problems are given, and the related salient features of this technique are also discussed.

Integro-differential equations arise in various physical and biological problems. In this paper, a new iterative technique for solving linear Volterra-Fredholm integro-differential equation (VFIDE) has been introduced. The method is discussed in details and it is illustrated by solving some numerical examples. The approximate solution is most easily produced iteratively via the recurrence relation. Results are compared with the exact solutions, which reveal that new iteration method is very effective and convenient. Keywords: New iterative method, Volterra-Fredholm integro-differential equation, Approximate solution, non linear integral equation, linear ]ntegral equation

The Bakharden-Quchan Faulted Zone is located in central part of trusted folding belts of Kopeh Dagh in NE-Iran with an array of active right lateral-strike slip faults by trending NW-SE. the most seismic activities have distributed around and along major fault systems of this zone. Because of neotectonic activities and ends bending of these faults in the Bakharden-Quchan Zone and mechanism changing faults to reverse accompanying with trusting vector have increased stress, shortening, seismicity and high density of earthquakes in their ends. This zone has constantly put unter affection neotectonic stresses convergence of Arabia-Eurasia plates since last phase of Alpine orogeny. In this paper by using of Zmap software and Box counting method were used to compute surface fractal dimension of faults distribution that is shown geometric disorder pattern of earthquakes and forming two cells with high fractal dimension along the Bakharden-Quchan Faulted Zone. Keywords: seismicity, Seismic, sources, fractal dimension, Box counting, neotectonic zone of Bakharden-Quchan

Two macroscopic turbulent models, P-dL and N-K, have been proposed in recent years for simulating turbulent unidirectional flow in porous media. In this paper a modification on N-K model has been proposed for turbulent oscillating flow in porous media. To this purpose, Turbulent oscillating flow in porous media has been simulated in microscale employing a periodic array. The k-ε model was applied to solve turbulent oscillating flow in periodic array. Control volume approach has been used to discretize Navier-Stokes and k-ε equations and the well-established SIMPLE method has been conducted to deal with pressure and velocity coupling. To modify N-K model the effect of different parameters such as frequency and Reynolds number has been investigated and the constants in source terms of turbulent kinetic energy and its dissipation rate has been modified versus Re according to microscale results. In order to validate the new modified constants, the modified N-K model was applied to turbulent oscillating flow in porous media and results were compared to original N-K macroscopic model. Keywords: oscillating flow, turbulence, porous media, k- ε model

Early oral feeding, as one of the most important components of multimodal strategies referred to as Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS), is now widely adopted for optimization of postoperative recovery of surgical patients.
ObjectiveTo assess ERAS outcome in patients who underwent liver transplantation in our center.
MethodsIn a prospective study, patients who underwent liver transplantation from April 2015 to June 2018 at Imam Khomeini Hospital Complex, affiliated to Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran, were enrolled in this study. Serum albumin, total iron-binding capacity (TIBC), and course of hospital stay were assessed.
Results39 (23 male) patients who underwent choledochojejunostomy with Roux-en-Y anastomosis for liver transplantation were enrolled. The mean±SD pre-operative serum albumin and TIBC levels of patients were 3.0±0.6 (range: 1.9–4.1) g/dL and 304±75 (range: 154.0–437.0) µg/dL, respectively. The mean±SD time between the end of operation and starting oral feeding was 11.6±1.8 (range: 9.0–15.0) hours. All patients tolerated early oral feeding with liquids followed by solid foods; no vomiting reported in patients. Overall, patient survival rates at one month and three months were 89.7% and 89.7%, respectively. In our study, no leak of anastomosis was reported.
ConclusionThere was no major harm for ERAS after liver transplantation and it might be even helpful as in colorectal surgeries. As seen in our study, oral feeding was started as soon as possible after the end of operation in almost all patients and all of them tolerated early oral feeding. No one had vomiting or nausea.
