امروزه بخش زیادی از اموال و دارایی های شرکت ها مربوط به دارایی های نامشهود است که تعیین ارزش و قیمت آن در سال های اخیر به دو دلیل، شکل گیری قراردادهای اعطای امتیاز و تعیین سهم هر یک ازشرکا در قراردادهای سرمایه گذاری مشترک مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در این تحقیق یک الگوی مفهومی برای شناسایی عوامل تاثیر گذار در ارزش گذاری فن آوری در حوزه تامین مالی با استفاده از نظریه داده بنیاد ارائه شده است. برای این منظور، با بهره گیری از نظر خبرگان شرکت توزیع برق منطقه ای استان اصفهان و بررسی همه جانبه موضوع در زمینه انتخاب ارزش گذاری فن آوری برای تحلیل تصمیمات مالی در حوزه تامین مالی و سرمایه گذاری در صنعت انرژی های خورشیدی مدلی ارائه شده است. برای توسعه مدل ارائه شده یک الگوی کیفی مبتنی بر نظریه داده بنیاد دنبال شده است. با عنایت به جمیع موارد مذکور در این پژوهش مدل ارزش گذاری فن آوری برای تحلیل تصمیمات مالی در حوزه تامین مالی و سرمایه گذاری در صنعت انرژی های خورشیدی بر طبق جمع آوری نظرات خبرگان طبق سه مقوله اصلی (مدل ارزش گذاری، سازمان فن آور و سرمایه گذاری) و 9 مقوله فرعی (هزینه پایین، تجربه اختصاصی، ارزش ارائه شده فن آوری، ارتباطات، زیرساخت فن آورانه، چابکی، مدیریت دانش، منابع انسانی، مدل نوین تامین مالی) طراحی شده است. برای حصول اطمینان از اینکه عوامل به درستی انتخاب شده اند یا خیر تحلیل روایی محتوایی برای هر یک از مقولات انجام شده است که طبق نتایج آن تمامی مقولات از کفایت لازم جهت حضور در مدل ارزش گذاری برخوردار هستند. در ادامه تحقیق، با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری روابط شاخص ها در نرم افزار لیزرل مدل شده است تا میزان تاثیرگذاری هر یک از عوامل نسبت به یکدیگر و همینطور نسبت به عوامل اصلی خود مشخص شود. براساس نتایج به دست آمده، رابطه مقوله فرعی منابع انسانی با سازمان فن آور در مدل ارزش گذاری تامین مالی با ضریب تاثیر 0.24 بی معنی شناسایی می شوند. لذا این معیار را می توان در مدل ارزش گذاری تامین مالی لحاظ نکرد. اما ارتباط سایر عوامل با معیارهای اصلی آنان در مدل ارزش گذاری تامین مالی معنی دار گزار شده است. سرانجام، با استفاده از اجرای آزمون های آماری اعتبار مدل مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.

In this research, a conceptual model has been presented to identify the influencing factors in technology valuation in the field of financing using foundation data theory. For this purpose, a model has been presented by using the opinion of the experts of Isfahan Regional Electricity Distribution Company and a comprehensive review of the issue in the field of technology valuation selection for the analysis of financial decisions in the field of financing and investment in the solar energy industry. To develop the presented model, a qualitative model based on foundational data theory has been followed. With regard to all the cases mentioned in this research, the technology valuation model for the analysis of financial decisions in the field of financing and investment in the solar energy industry according to the collection of experts' opinions according to three main categories (valuation model, technology organization and investment) and 9 sub-categories (valuation model, technology organization and investment) and 9 sub-categories (low cost, exclusive experience, value provided by technology, communication, technological infrastructure, agility, knowledge management, human resources, new financing model) design has been To ensure that the factors are chosen correctly or not, a content validity analysis has been performed for each of the categories, and according to the results, all the categories have the necessary sufficiency to be included in the valuation model. In the continuation of the research, using the structural equation model, the relationships of the indicators have been modeled in Lisrel software to determine the influence of each factor on each other and also on its main factors. Based on the obtained results, the relationship between the subcategory of human resources and the technology organization in the funding valuation model is identified as meaningless with an impact factor of 0.24. Therefore, this criterion cannot be included in the financing valuation model. But the relationship of other factors with their main criteria in the valuation model of financing is significant. Finally, the validity of the model has been investigated using statistical tests.

Supply chain risk management involves identifying, ranking, and adopting appropriate strategies to control and deal with risks that could disrupt chain performance. Different issues can cause these risks, and descriptions and surveys about these risks are associated with uncertainty, ambiguity, qualitativeness, and incomplete and sometimes contradictory information. Therefore, their ranking needs techniques that can model the mentioned issues. Neutrosophic logic makes it possible to model propositions with uncertainty, incomplete information, ambiguity, qualitativeness, and even inconsistency. Accordingly, the approach of the present study is to use a combined method of Neutrosophic hierarchical analysis and TOPSIS for ranking the risk. The core of this paper proposes a hybrid decision-making method for the identification and ranking of supply chain management using a Neutrosophic Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and TOPSIS approach. The case study is Mobarakeh Steel Company of Isfahan, and three criteria, including resilience, agility, and robustness, are considered major strategies for dealing with risk. Seventeen risk-related issues are ranked as options. The results show that government constraints, economic and environmental risks, inventory shortages, technology risks, forecast risks, and financial (cash) problems are the most essential risks threatening the supply chain. Therefore, we believe that the proposed framework provides managers with valuable knowledge for decision-making.

Noise traders cause severe fluctuations and deviation of asset values from their intrinsic value; thus, this article designs an optimal investment model based on the parameters of predicting stock returns and noise trader risk factors. This is an applied post-event paper. In this article, first, the stock returns predicting parameters are obtained followed by the noise traders' risk factors obtained through behavioural error or the beta difference in transactions, according to the combined regression model or models, which are the results of the risk factors. Then, noise traders and stock return predictor variables were designed and tested using econometric software, including Eviews9 software and Matlab algorithmic models. The statistical population of this research includes all companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange, whose shares were traded until March 19, 2020. Also, in this research, PCA, GSADF, and logit methods were used to determine the impact of noise traders in determining the incidence of the bubble used in the Tehran Stock Exchange. The research findings show that noise traders have a positive and significant effect on the occurrence of a bubble, and an increase of one unit of optimistic sentiments and optimistic sentiments with a break in the stock market increases the probability of a bubble occurrence.

تولید محتوای دیجیتال رمز موفقیت کسب وکارها در بازار رقابتی و البته با گردش مالی بالا در صنعت مد و پوشاک است. نظر به اهمیت موضوع در این مطالعه به شناسایی مولفه های تولید محتوای دیجیتال در بازاریابی در صنعت مد و پوشاک پرداخته شد. مطالعه حاضر از نظر هدف یک مطالعه کاربردی-توسعه ای است و از منظر روش و بازه زمانی گردآوری داده ها، یک پژوهش پیمایشی مقطعی است. برای گردآوری داده ها از مصاحبه نیم ساختاریافته با مدیران صنعت مد و اساتید بازاریابی استفاده گردید. برای اعتبارسنجی تحلیل کیفی از روش هولستی استفاده گردید و ضریب توافق مشاهده شده 712/0 برآورد گردید. جامعه مشارکت کنندگان پژوهش مدیران باسابقه صنعت مد و اساتید دانشگاه حوزه مدیریت بازاریابی بود. نمونه گیری با روش هدفمند انجام شد و در نهایت با 21 مصاحبه، اشباع نظری حاصل گردید. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده های پژوهش از تحلیل کیفی مضمون و نرم افزار MaxQDA استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهشی نشان داد عوامل فنی و غیرفنی (مدیریتی) عوامل زیربنایی مدل هستند که بر تولید محتوای دیجیتال تاثیر می گذارند. کیفیت، کاربرپسندی، محبوبیت، امنیت و تعامل پذیری رسانه نیز بستر لازم برای تولید محتوای دیجیتال را فراهم می آورند. از آنجا که محتوا برای مشتری تولید می شود نباید از نقش مشتری غافل شد و رضایت، وفاداری، اعتماد و مشارکت مشتری پیامدهای این مدل هستند. در نهایت تولید محتوا باید از کیفیت، زیبایی شناسی. برنامه ریزی و ارزشمندی برخوردار باشد تا اهداف مشتری گرای کسب وکارهای صنعت مد در تولید محتوای دیجیتال فراهم شود.

Considering the importance of the subject in this study, the components of digital content production in marketing in the fashion and clothing industry were identified. The current study is an applied-developmental study in terms of its purpose, and it is a cross-sectional survey research in terms of the method and time frame of data collection. Semi-structured interviews with fashion industry managers and marketing professors were used to collect data. The Holstein method was used to validate the qualitative analysis and the observed agreement coefficient was estimated at 0.712. The community of research participants was experienced fashion industry managers and university professors in the field of marketing management. Sampling was done with a purposeful method and finally theoretical saturation was achieved with 21 interviews. To analyze the research data, the qualitative analysis of the theme and MaxQDA software were used. Research findings showed that technical and non-technical factors ,management, are the underlying factors of the model that affect the production of digital content. The quality, user-friendliness, popularity, security and interactivity of the media also provide the necessary platform for the production of digital content. Since the content is produced for the customer, the role of the customer should not be neglected, and customer satisfaction, loyalty, trust and participation are the consequences of this model. Finally, content production should be based on quality, aesthetics, Planning and having value to provide customer-oriented goals for fashion industry businesses in digital content production

Given to exploratory nature of the patterns and existing frameworks in the current study, the methodology of the current study is qualitative and based on an inductive approach. Meanwhile, it is applied based on the objective and interpretive from the study’s philosophical viewpoint. Based on this description, to obtain talent management requirements, semi-structured interviews with experts such as managers of the education department was conducted by designing different questionnaires to assess their deep understandings, attitude, and beliefs regarding the subject of education. For this purpose, discussions with 22 university professors, experts, and managers of the education department of Isfahan province were held regarding the talent management subject, its requirements, and necessities, and the conclusion of these interviews was prepared as a list of talent management dimensions at the education department. Then, the input and output dimensions of talent management were specified. Finally, the final model of talent management at the Department of Education was designed and provided after some amendments. In the end, organization strategy, management of talents conflict, succession, meritocracy system, strategic management of human resources, rules, and regulation, managers support, organizational culture as a talent management input, and improvement of personal efficiency, personal maturity, human force agility, personal satisfaction, emotional commitment, perceived justice, comparative advantage acquirement, adjustment with global changes, increased beneficiaries’ satisfaction, improved organizational efficiency, individual and organizational excellence as talent management output were extracted. این پژوهش که با هدف «ارائه مدل منتورینگ سازمانی با رویکرد مدیریت استعداد در وزارت آموزش و پرورش» انجام گرفته است؛ از نوع اکتشافی است که از نظر هدف توسعهای و کاربردی به شمار می آید. از لحاظ گردآوری دادهها، از نوع آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) است و از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده ها، از نوع توصیفی - پیمایشی می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش در بخش کیفی شامل کلیه خبرگان متخصص در رشته مدیریت دولتی و امور اداری و مدیران ارشد و منابع انسانی در وزارت آموزش و پرورش می باشند که تعداد 20 نفر از آنها به شیوه نمونهگیری قضاوتی و هدفمند انتخاب شده اند. در بخش کمی، کارشناسان شاغل وزارت آموزش و پرورش می باشند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 384 نفر به روش تصادفی طبقه ای متناسب با حجم به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شده اند. ابزار اندازه گیری تحقیق در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه استاندارد بود که برای اندازه گیری روایی پرسشنامه ها از روش صوری و محتوایی و برای تعیین پایایی آن آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه گردید که مقدار آن برابر 974/0 برآورد گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در بخش کیفی با روش پدیدار شناسی و در بخش کمی با استفاده از نرم افزارهای SPSS26 و SMART PLS4 انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش در بخش کیفی به یک مدل ساختاری منتج شد. نتایج در بخش کمی نیز نشان داد که در اداره آموزش و پرورش فرهنگ سازمانی در رابطه بین حمایت مدیران، راهبرد سازمان، مدیریت تعارض استعدادها، جانشین پروری با عوامل فردی مدیریت استعداد (بهره وری فردی، رضایت فردی، تعهد عاطفی و تعالی فردی) و عوامل سازمانی مدیریت استعداد (چابکی نیروی انسانی، عدالت ادراک شده، کسب مزیت رقابتی، تعالی سازمانی، رضایت ذی نفعان، بهره وری سازمانی) نقش میانجی دارد.

In terms of data collection, it is of mixed type (qualitative and quantitative); in terms of data collection, it is descriptive-survey type. The statistical population of this research in the qualitative part includes all experts in the field of public administration and administrative affairs and senior managers and human resources in the Ministry of Education, 20 of whom were selected by judgmental and purposeful sampling. In the quantitative part, experts working in the Ministry of Education, have been selected as a statistical sample using Cochran's formula, using stratified random method according to the volume. The measuring tool of the research in the qualitative part was a semi-structured interview and in the quantitative part, it was a standard questionnaire, which was used to measure the validity of the questionnaires using the form and content method and to determine its reliability, Cronbach's alpha was calculated, and its value was estimated to be 0.974. Data analysis was done in the qualitative part by phenomenological method and in the quantitative part by using SPSS26 and SMART PLS4 software. The research results in the qualitative part led to a structural model. The results in the quantitative part also showed that in the education department, organizational culture plays a mediating role in the relationship between managers' support, organization strategy, talent conflict management, succession planning with individual factors of talent management, and organizational factors of talent management.

در پژوهش حاضر از تجزیه موجک برای تجزیه سری های زمانی قیمت در یک زوج دارایی به سری های زمانی کلیات و جزئیات استفاده می شود و خاصیت همجمعی بین سطوح مختلف و متناظر تجزیه دو سری بررسی می شود تا زوج های همجمع در سطوح مختلف تجزیه یافت شود و سپس سودآوری آن مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. در این پژوهش سودآوری سیستم معامله زوجی بر پایه تجزیه موجک بر روی 14 شاخص از بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در فاصله سال های 1400-1391 بررسی شد. نتایج نشان می دهد که برای سطح دوم جزئیات در تجزیه موجک، نتایج کاملا چشمگیر می باشد و تعداد موقعیت های معاملاتی به بیش از دو برابر، بازده روزانه به چهار برابر و نسبت شارپ نیز به حدود دو برابر افزایش یافته است. سیستم شکل گرفته بر اساس سطح اول جزئیات نیز عملکرد سودآوری بهتری نسبت به همجمعی معمولی دارد و عملکرد سطح سوم جزئیات در حدود همجمعی می باشد. به علاوه متوسط مدت زمان معامله نیز در سطح اول و دوم کاهش چشمگیری را نشان می دهد. عملکرد سودآوری در سطح سری کلیات در مجموع ضعیف تر از همجمعی می باشد.

And then its profitability is examined. In this research, the profitability of the pair trading system based on wavelet analysis was investigated on 14 indices of the Tehran Stock Exchange betwee 2013-2022. The results show that for the second level of detail in the wavelet analysis, the results are quite impressive and the number of trading positions is more than doubled, the daily return is increased to four times and the Sharpe ratio is also increased to about two times. The system formed based on the first level of detail also has a better profitable performance than the normal aggregation, and the performance of the third level of detail is within the limits of aggregation. In addition, the average duration of the transaction also shows significant decrease in the first and second levels. Profitability performance at the level of general series is generally weaker than the aggregate.

PurposeThe current research was conducted by designing the knowledge-based organizational satisfaction modeling with a data-driven approach using a qualitative and quantitative method of grounded theory and data mining techniques.methodsThe data was taken from in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 25 general managers of social security insurance departments in the provinces of the country, based on purposeful sampling. The validity of the research data was checked and confirmed by going back to the participants and external auditors. In the data mining section, registered data and the organization's database were used. Using the data recorded in the Clementine software, the happiness and unhappiness of the employees in the organization were categorized.FindingsThe results showed that the model of organizational happiness in the social security organization was identified at three levels, group, individual and organization, including causal factors, intervenors, platforms, strategies and finally consequences. Also, the status of employees was determined based on the proposed model of happiness according to the collected data. Finally, the data mining model showed classification with 66% accuracy for happy and unhappy employees.ConclusionThe human resource management approach based on organizational data leads to correct decision making in organizational performance. The more transparent the collected data is, the more accurately the state of the organization can be predicted. The purpose of this research is to model supply chain performance management based on information dashboards in private banks. The data was derived from in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 12 managers of five private banks in the country, which were based on purposeful sampling and continued until reaching theoretical saturation. The validity of the research data was checked and confirmed by going back to the participants and external auditors. Data analysis was done based on the Strauss and Corbin model in the form of open, axial, and selective coding in the Atlas TI8 software. Modeling of supply chain performance management based on information dashboard in private banks including causal factors (intensification of competition, supply chain inefficiency, banking system challenges), intervening (appropriate corrective measures, organizational strategies, banking service challenges), platforms (quality management services, facilitating elements, and action management), strategies (development strategy, partnership strategy, discovery strategy, and focus strategy) and consequences (correction of performance evaluation system, financial-administrative function, performance improvement and innovation and supply chain development). To succeed in developing and changing their business model, they must correctly recognize factors affecting the supply chain of banking services in the fourth industrial revolution and digital revolution and successfully transition to the new technological era. A supply chain refers to the flow of materials, information, funds received from customers, and services from suppliers of raw materials through factories and warehouses to final customers, and includes organizations and processes that create goods, information, and services and deliver them to intended consumers.Keywords: Performance Dynamics, Supply chain management, Information Dashboard, banking industry

ارتقای مستمر عملکرد مالی - زیست محیطی از جمله اهداف راهبردی برای سازمانها محسوب می گردد لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف « بررسی تاثیر نوآوری سبز بر عملکرد مالی - زیست محیطی مجتمع فولاد مبارکه» انجام گرفته است؛ نوع پژوهش ،از نظر روش، توصیفی- پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی است ماهیت آن کاربردی و از لحاظ زمانی مقطعی می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش ،کلیه مدیران بخش مالی مجتمع فولاد مبارکه به تعداد182 نفر است که با استفاده از روش سرشماری همگی انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه گیری تحقیق، پرسشنامه های استاندارد برای متغیرهای نوآوری سبز، عملکرد مالی - زیست محیطی و افشای اطلاعات محیطی(به عنوان متغیر تعدیلگر) بود که روایی صوری و محتوایی و پایایی آن در سطح اطمینان 0/95 مورد تایید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهای Spss26 و Smart Pls3 انجام گردید. برای بررسی نرمال بودن داده ها از آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف و برای آزمون فرضیات از روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد در مجتمع فولاد مبارکه، نوآوری سبز بر عملکرد مالی - زیست محیطی شرکت تاثیر معنادار دارد؛ ولی افشای اطلاعات محیطی رابطه نوآوری سبز و عملکرد مالی - زیست محیطی را تعدیل نمی کند. در نهایت پیشنهادهایی برای بهبود عملکرد مالی - زیست محیطی مجتمع فولاد مبارکه براساس نوآوری سبز ارایه گردید.کلید واژگان: توسعه پایدار, نوآوری سبز, افشای اطلاعات محیطی, مجتمع فولاد مبارکهThe continuous improvement of financial-environmental performance is considered as one of the strategic goals for organizations, therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of "investigating the impact of green innovation on the financial-environmental performance of Mobarakeh Steel Complex"; The type of research, in terms of method, is a descriptive-survey of the correlation type, its nature is practical and cross-sectional in terms of time. The statistical population of this research is all the managers of the financial department of Foulad Mobarakeh, 182 people, who were all selected using the census method. The measurement tools of the research were standard questionnaires for the variables of green innovation, financial-environmental performance and disclosure of environmental information (as a moderating variable) whose face and content validity and reliability were confirmed at a confidence level of 0.95. Data analysis was done using Spss26 and Smart Pls3 software. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to check the normality of the data, and the structural equation method was used to test the hypotheses. The research results showed that green innovation has a significant impact on the company's financial-environmental performance in Mobarakeh steel complex; But disclosure of environmental information does not moderate the relationship between green innovation and financial-environmental performance. As a trading strategy, pairs trading is performed based on the arbitrage opportunities extracted from statistical models. It is an outcome of the distance between an asset pair and the equilibrium state. Consequently, selecting a pair with the potential to form long-term relationships and reverting to the mean is the main challenge associated with pair trading. Cointegration is one of the most famous statistical tests for selecting a pair's trading. The present study uses Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) to decompose the time series of an asset pair price into its constituent elements (intrinsic mode functions). This study examined the property of cointegration across different levels and the corresponding levels of 2- time series to find the cointegration pairs in different decomposition levels and finally examine the resulting profitability. To this end, the profitability of the pairs trading system related to 14 stocks of the Tehran Stock Exchange throughout 2012-2021 was investigated based on EMD. The results showed that the outputs are pretty noticeable for the first level of decomposition (the first intrinsic mode function), and the number of trading opportunities increased by more than two times compared to the normal pair trading with cointegration; the daily returns increased by four times; and the Sharpe ratio increased by about two times compared to the normal pairs trading. The system formed based on the second mode function also outperformed the normal cointegration, and the performance of the third intrinsic mode function is almost on par with that of cointegration. Moreover, the mean transaction duration decreased remarkably in the first and second mode functions.

This research aimed to create new knowledge on supply chain performance management in private banks., It was performed in two phases using a thematic analysis under the qualitative methodology and the correlational analysis technique using structural equation modeling in the quantitative part. The data was obtained from in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 12 managers of five private banks in Iran, based on purposeful sampling and continued until reaching theoretical saturation. The statistical population in the quantitative part included all 235 managers of Mellat Bank's branches, from which 144 were selected by simple random sampling. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect the data for the first part. The validity was assessed by factor analysis of the extracted components. A reliability value of 0.7 was obtained using Cronbach's alpha. The factor load of causal factors on the main category was 0.53, contextual factors on strategies were 0.54, intervening factors on strategies were 0.37, the main category on strategies was 0.47, and finally, the factor load of strategies on consequences was 0.71. A performance measurement system is a framework for measuring supply chain performance. To create knowledge in the supply chain based on research findings, one must first know what knowledge is important to maintain and how it can be maintained effectively.Keywords: knowledge creation, Service Supply Chain, Private Bank. The research tool (data collection) was a semi-structured interview in which 27 elites and qualified specialists in MIMT (statistical population of this study) were selected using a purposive sampling approach to qualitative sampling.FindingThe results of data analysis in the qualitative section in the open coding stage identified 79 codes, which finally through axial coding achieved 3 categories (main category) and 21 indicators (subcategory).ConclusionThe main mission and goal of the managers of any organization is the effective and efficient use of various resources and facilities such as labor, capital, materials, energy, and information. هدف اصلی پژوهش بررسی مهاجرت حباب از بازار نفت به بورس اوراق بهادار است. در این راستا ابتدا با استفاده از روش فیلیپس و همکاران (2015) به کشف و تاریخ گذاری حباب ها در بازار نفت سنگین ایران در بازه ماهانه 2020-1980 و بازار بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در بازه 2020-2008 پرداخته شد، سپس با استفاده از روش ارایه شده توسط گومزگوندالس و همکاران (2018)، مهاجرت حباب از بازار نفت به بازار بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در بازه 2020-2008 بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که نفت سنگین ایران در بازه مورد بررسی 9 دوره حبابی دارد، همچنین در بازه مورد بررسی برای بازار بورس اوراق بهادار تهران نیز شش دوره حبابی مشاهده شد. یافته ها بیانگر نزدیکی حباب نهم در بازار نفت و حباب چهارم در بازار بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است لذا فرضیه مهاجرت حباب از بازار نفت به بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در این دوره مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. نتایج آزمون فرضیه، بیانگر پذیرش مهاجرت حباب از بازار نفت به بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است.کلید واژگان: بازار نفت, حباب نفت, بازار اوراق بهادار, حباب بازار اوراق بهادارThe main purpose of this study is to investigate the migration of bubbles from the oil market to the stock exchange. First, using the method of Phillips et al. (2015), bubbles were discovered and dated in the Iranian heavy oil market in the monthly period 1980-2020 and the Tehran Stock Exchange in the period 2008-2020. Then, using the method presented by Gomez-Gonzales et al. (2018), the migration of bubbles from the oil market to the Tehran Stock Exchange in the period 2020-2008 was investigated. The results showed that Iranian heavy oil has 9 bubble cycles in the period under study. Also, six bubbles were observed in the period under review for the Tehran Stock Exchange. The findings indicate the closeness of the ninth bubble in the oil market and the fourth bubble in the Tehran Stock Exchange. The hypothesis of bubble migration from the oil market to the Tehran Stock Exchange was tested in this period. The results of the hypothesis test indicate the acceptance of bubble migration from the oil market to the Tehran Stock Exchange.Keywords: Oil, Bubbles, Stocks

The purpose of this research was to present an organizational vitality model based on information management and human resource data. Human resource information management is a process that seeks to increase organizational capability through the organization's employees, which is considered one of the most important success factors. The research was designed in a mixed qualitative and quantitative method and benefited from the foundation's data strategy. In the qualitative part, the data obtained from in-depth interviews with 25 general managers of social security of the provinces of the selected country were based on purposeful sampling. In the quantitative part, 376 people from the lower-level employees of this organization were selected in different regions of the country by stratified random method and answered the questions of the researcher-made questionnaire. Qualitative data were analyzed using the Grounded Theory and the quantitative data were analyzed through confirmatory factor analysis using SPSS and AMOS software. The results obtained from the qualitative phase of the research led to the design of a proposed conceptual model of organizational vitality in the social security organization, and in the quantitative phase, using path analysis, validity of the conceptual model was. evaluated. From the practical point of view, the proposed model can be implemented by social security organization managers to create vitality among employees in order to reduce depression and boost productivity.Keywords: Organizational vitality, Information Management, Human Resources Management

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارایه مدل بهبود خلاقیت فردی با رهیافت تعارض و یکپارچگی در بین کارکنان آموزش وپرورش استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد با بهره گیری از نظریه داده بنیاد انجام شده است.
روشداده های پژوهش طی 15 مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگان دانشگاهی منتخب استان کهگیلویه و بویر احمد احصاء و سپس در فرایند کدگذاری استخراج و مقوله های هم پیوند در قالب 2 شرط علی(تناقض قالبی های ذهنی و ایده پردازی)؛ 7 پدیده محوری(تعارض درون گروهی، تعارض میان فردی، تعارض میان فرد و گروه، تعارض میان گروهی، تعارض میان سازمانی، یکپارچگی داخلی، یکپارچگی خارجی)؛ یک شرط زمینه ای(شکاف اطلاعاتی)؛ یک شرط مداخله گر(خودگردانی ذهنی)؛ راهبردها و پیامدهای مدل مفهومی معین و طی مرحله کدگذاری انتخابی هر یک از عناصر الگو به منظور خلق نظریه پژوهش تشریح و به تفصیل بیان شد.
یافته ها:
نتایج این پژوهش می تواند مدیران سازمان آموزش وپرورش را در شناخت خط مشی ها، سیستم ها و رویه هایی که به بهبود خلاقیت فردی کارکنان کمک می کنند یا مانع و بروز آن ها می شوند، یاری رساند.
نتیجه گیرینتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که مجموعه راهبردهایی که الگوی بهبود خلاقیت فردی کارکنان انتخاب می کند و منجر به پیامدهای بهبود خلاقیت فردی می شوند؛ نشان از ایجاد تعارض و یکپارچگی در بین کارکنان در عمل دارد.

Grounded theory is used to theorize about organizational phenomena. The ultimate goal of this study was to understand the data of the Foundation for Improving Individual Creativity in the Education Organization of Gahgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Provinces. The research data were obtained through 15 semi-structured interviews with selected academic experts of Gahgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Provinces, and then extracted in the coding process and related categories in the form of two causal conditions (contradiction of mental patterns and ideation); 7 central phenomena (intra-group conflict, interpersonal conflict, inter-individual and group conflict, intergroup conflict, inter-organizational conflict, internal integration, external integration); an underlying condition (information gap); An intervening condition (mental self-control); Strategies and consequences of a specific conceptual model were explained and elaborated during the selective coding stage of each of the model elements in order to create a research theory. The results of this research can help the managers of the education organization in recognizing the policies, systems and procedures that help to improve or hinder the individual creativity of employees. The results of the research indicate that a set of strategies that the model of improving the individual creativity of employees chooses and leads to the consequences of improving individual creativity; Indicates conflict and integration among employees in practice.

تحول دیجیتال که همیشه به عنوان یک اقدام اساسی و استراتژیک در سازمانها حایز اهمیت بوده، طی سالهای اخیر در پی شیوع ویروس کرونا اهمیت بیشتری پیدا کرده و فشارهای ناشی از همه گیری ویروس کرونا تلاش سازمانها را برای ایجاد تحول دیجیتال سرعت بخشیده است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش طراحی مدل عملکرد سازمانی مبتنی بر وضعیت دیجیتالی سازمان در دوران کرونا با رویکرد داده بنیاد در وزارت صمت است. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی - استقرایی و به روش نظریه زمینه ای استراوس - کوربین انجام شد. ابزار پژوهش (گردآوری داده ها) مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند بود. با بهره گیری از روش نظریه زمینه ای، داده های حاصل از مصاحبه های انجام شده با 27 نفر از نخبگان و متخصصان واجد شرایط وزارت صمت طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تجزیه و تحلیل شد. 18مقوله کلی در قالب مدل پارادایمی که این عوامل دربرگیرنده شرایط علی (عوامل فردی، عوامل سازمانی، عوامل فناوری و عوامل محیطی) پدیده محوری (وضعیت دیجیتالی سازمان)، شرایط زمینه ساز (بستر دیجیتالی، بستر مدیریتی، بستر فردی، بستر فناوری)، شرایط مداخله گر (عوامل فردی، عوامل فرهنگی و عوامل سازمانی) و راهبردها (راهبرد فردی، راهبرد مدیریتی و راهبرد سازمانی) و پیامدها (نتایج فردی، نتایج سازمانی و نتایج اجتماعی) است.

Cultural capacity making is a permanent process for helping people, organizations and cultural and political association for elevating and adapting with useful changes and effective countering with unhelpful changes of cultural and political atmosphere. The result of this process can be obtained from mission, special objectives, sources, texts and durability. The aim of this process is first answering the internal weakness of cultural and political organizations and strengthening the existing potentials, secondly, assistance to cultural and political sections for coordination with quick environmental changes. Therefore, attaining these targets facilitate the input feeding for interested groups who are general members of a culture and as a result cultural and political development takes place. The present article by a descriptive-analytical method examines the concept of cultural and political development. The examination of the role of cultural capacity making is done within four important aspects of cultural-political development.
