Arthur Schnitzler, an Austrian author and playwright, is one of the founders of modern German literature. Being associated with the latest literary trends of his time, Schnitzler has been a pioneer in some fields. He has influenced several generations of artists in the west and the east up to now. Schnitzler is known to be a psychologist-psychoanalyst author. Literary critics have praised his rare intelligence in revealing motives hidden behind human actions. Schnitzler’s world of fiction has other remarkable aspects that this article is going to deal with. The most important one of them are implicit humanism and decadence that are expressed in his writings. This article also examines main features of fictional writing of Schnitzler as an author who has never been presented in Iran adequately and never received the attention he deserves. The study acquaints readers with thoughts of Schnitzler and certain technical characteristics of his art too.

English, German, Russian and French were the most important languages ​​to which Hafez's poems were translated to. Many translators have translated directly from the Persian original (literary translation) and some have used intermediate languages. Although acceptable translations of the sonnets gradually emerged, none of them were able to express the literary subtleties contained in them. In German, the translation of Hammer Purgstall became the basis for many literatures acquainted with the poems of this Eastern poet. Goethe – the German poet and literary man – made a strange acquaintance with them by reading the poets translations and composed a collection of heartwarming poems called "The Eastern Court of the West" and became a supplement to Hafez's Divan in the West under the influence of these lyric poetries.

From Kleist points of view, reaching the fact in his life is his life’s priority. He does not believe in revolution rather believes in a deep social change which might be possible through providing education by the society. In “Chili’s earthquake”,Kleist postulates that the world is unrestrained. He also adds that disappointment, lack of reliance, social injustice, destroying human values,and so on are rooted in laymen or laywomen’s weakness, and performing inappropriate purposeful activities by the powers.
Kleist also harshly criticizes the powers who are the reasons of depriving human rights, humans and world’s annihilation. Cosmology, thoughts and divine justice from Kleist’s insight are mostly compiled from John Jacque Rousse, Kant, Voltaire, and Leibnizs works. By Kleist creating such masterpiece, deep social background changes appear in addressee’s mind to the extent that the author of article can depict images and memories for the addressees.

Although the children's Educational Literature seems to be a brand new lexicon and was not of priority for ancestors, the children's trace on the related issues – in the past or present – is obvious and apparent. The view points on today's Iran and other countries literature is beholden of literary and logical scholar's views. The aim of the present paper is to study the formation and manifestation of educational system since ancient eras as well as the common issues in German and Persian children's literature.
