Although, researchers have studied the characteristics of early and modern ignorance separately, but less attention have been paid to the differences between the two ignorance, so the present article tries to use a descriptive-analytical method to discuss these different dimensions, angles and aspects of these two. The results of the research indicate that the first ignorance, in the midst of tribal and partisan prejudice, showed itself by burying girls alive, self-decoration, gambling, and idolatry. The origins of modern ignorance are distinct from the first ignorance, but in fact it has all the features of the first ignorance in it that have found a new color and glaze over time. While with the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran and the expansion of the rule of Islam in today's secular world, while laying the groundwork for the Vali Asr world government and how to prepare for a world peaceful government, invite other generations also to strive and get prepared for emergence and establishment of an Islamic government in the world, in order to destroy the roots of modern ignorance and the people of the world to prosper in the Mahdavi and divine government.

The efforts of Iranian thinkers on the issue of westernism have led to the formation of different types of thinking from westernization to westernization. In the meantime, it is important to understand the views of the active intellectuals - the expression of revolutionary Islam in the environment of the Islamic Republic, in order to influence the field of view and practice. Understanding the nature and type of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei's view of Western civilization is an essential issue in understanding the orientation and how the Islamic Revolution interacts with or opposes this phenomenon. The civilization strategy of the Islamic Revolution in the view of Ayatollah Khamenei expresses his critical view of Western civilization. This paper seeks to answer the central question, using the fundamental data theory approach: "What is Ayatollah Khamenei's critical approach to Western civilization?" The findings emphasize that the core of their critical view is the metaphor of modern ignorance. In this sense, Western civilization is continuing to follow the path of ignorance of Islam. Symptoms of this path of ignorance can be found in behavioral violence (domination, mass destruction, resource robbery, poverty of societies) and lust (outlawing women). In the meantime, the Islamic Revolution has stepped in the direction of ignorance by presenting the discourse of pure Islam Mohamadi (PBUH) and calls for the prophetic message of the Prophet (PBUH) to be operationalized to remove modern ignorance.

AbstractThe topic of government role, special works and a role that this phenomenon has had in the way of guiding human societies towards virtue and prosperity have been considered by Political science thinkers. In this regard, religion and faith can be noticed as the most effective factor on the interpretation of human material life. In the meantime, Islamic revolution of Iran as a revolution that by creating conversation on faithful life tried to aware a wide range of Shiites, Muslims and oppressed people in the world from contemporary material civilization which makes life as a mechanical movement and aimless by propagation of supernatural thoughts; So it has always a different view towards Theoretical Concepts such as ignorance concept in the outside world. The main question of the present study is that; what is the meaning of modern ignorance in the intellectual system of Ayatollah Khamenei? To answer this question, the hypothesis of this study is that Ayatollah Khamenei by emphasis on divine spirituality and monotheism, knows intellectual system governing on modernity and modernism like Arab Society before the advent of Islam "Jahilite" and he believes that modern ignorance has established on the bases of struggle for Survival, violence and frustration. This article deals with the genealogy of concept and instances of ignorance in the thought of Supreme Revolutionary Leader while studying the formulation of the concept of ignorance in the Quran, Hadith and Farabi, Mulla Sadra, Sayyid Qutb and Imam Khomeini tries to explain the effect of this viewpoint on political thought and international positions of Ayatollah Khamenei and at the same time, the equalizer (Antitheus) also describes it in the context or context of his words.
