The Covid-19 pandemic affected and stagnated all industries. How to deal with this period and its medium and long-term effects has greatly challenged all industries, including sports. The present study aims to provide a dynamic model of the post-corona era in terms of the chaos theory in the sports industry system. The method of study is Delphi, which was performed qualitatively in four rounds. Sampling of the study was Purposive sampling. In this study, sports management experts and psychometric experts were used as the target sample. To evaluate the adequacy of the research method, four experts were used as parallel samples to ensure the quality of the research. Vensim.PLE and Checkmate software were used for data analysis. The results of the research in the first round showed the degree of agreement of experts on the chaotic situation in the seven main statements as points of chaos and disorder. In the second round, points of familiarity and interactions between propositions were reported. In the third round, the future state of the sports industry was determined according to the main and sub-propositions obtained in the post-crown period, according to the main strategy matrix. The strategies required was determined by Grand matrix. Finally, the model of the dynamic system of the country's sports industry for the post-Corona era was drawn. In general, the implementation of such a system is a basic need of the post-corona era, and through it, the feedback cycle of the system can be identified in order to achieve order in the chaos and turmoil in the country's sports industry.

Obviously، success and goals of the organization will be achieved when the organization in line with the speed of the various theories of knowledge and action، and the traditional forms and styles without leaving your work. The purpose of the present article، we examine the relationship between knowledge and application quantum skills in sports organizations is. Research method is descriptive. The study sample، the Youth and Sports Ministry staff managers، and heads of sports federations were selected. Based on the number 59، as the samples، were evaluated. Data from the questionnaires were collected by the researcher quantum skills. Face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a group of university professors، experts، and a pilot study using Cranach''s alpha coefficient، the reliability of the questionnaire، was calculated 0. 80. The data was analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics were evaluated. For data analysis، the Spearman test was used. The Friedman test was used to rank the variables. The findings showed that the quantum of knowledge and skills، administrators، and significant positive correlation was observed among these (P <0. 05)، the most familiar application، the action quantum (4. 18 ± 0. 69) and (3. 77± 0. 55); lowest level of understanding and applying for، respectively، trust the quantum (3. 37± 0. 49)، and see the quantum was (3. 09± 0. 96). Therefore، managers of sports organizations، to lead a better and more efficient organization، and align your organization to be involved with the advancement of science and technology، and leadership needs of the organization، you must learn to prioritize، quantum skills، and knowledge of corporate synergy، in this context، and its relation to the application of these skills are of particular interest.

The aim of this study was to evaluate chaordic management and normative evaluation of chaordic management measuring tool based on chaos theory in Iran Physical Education Organization. This study was carried out in two phases: in the first phase، the study background and chaos theory were examined and the concept of chaordic management was determined using qualitative content analysis and through interviewing 10 management and sport management experts. The findings of the first phase introduced the model of self-productive chaordic management. Based on the designed model and chaos theory، the principle components and dimensions of this concept were considered as butterfly effect، dynamic adaptation، strange attractors and self-similarity. In the second phase، based on the model of self-productive chaos management، the items of the chaos management scale were extracted. To examine the construct validity or the content validity of the scale، exploratory factor analysis was used which identified four factors as the components of chaos management as follows: organizational structure، managers'' skills، conditions of the organization and employees. In order to evaluate the reliability of the scale، Cronbach’s alpha was used (0. 92) which showed the suitable internal consistency of the scale. The results indicated the direct relationship of managers'' education level and management career with chaos management. Then، chaos management in the Physical Education Organization was examined by this scale and the findings showed that the chaos management was significantly at an average level in the organization. As there was no significant relationship between the rate and importance of each chaos management dimension، it can be inferred that managers of the Physical Education Organization did not benefit from the positive advantages of chaos management skill in the decisions، quality improvement، etc. in the current condition.
