    The spoofing subject is becoming ever increasingly more severe. In addition to the flow of technology, the availability of software-defined radio platforms has increased. Usually, detecting the spoofing is performed by introducing the features that are difficult for the deceiver to counterfeit. Spoofing and countering can be performed in different parts of a GPS receiver. In recent years, less attention has been paid to defense at cold-start. This research presents that the spoofing attack can be diminished during the initial start-up process with a very short effective time. This low-cost method introduces a new decision rule based on a multiple statistical hypothesis test to identify fake peaks in correlation output of acquisition and extract the authentic peaks utilizing the wavelet transform or peak removal process. The main distinction of this method with previous works is investigating different amplitude ratios of spoofing signal to authentic. Simulation results on 10 data sets show that the probability of correct detection and mitigation is more than 90%.

    هدف

    هدف از این پژوهش تعیین شاخص های ارزیابی عملکرد نیروی انسانی، وزن دهی شاخص ها و بررسی رابطه همبستگی بین شاخص ها در خطوط مونتاژ تیغ یک بارمصرف و خلال دندان در شرکت شهاب باران پردیس فلک می‏باشد.

    روش شناسی پژوهش: 

    این تحقیق از نوع تحلیلی و همبستگی است. در مرحله اول این تحقیق جلسات تخصصی با مدیران سازمان درخصوص شاخص های ارزیابی عملکرد برگزار و ابتدا تعداد 17 شاخص مرتبط به ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان پیشنهاد گردید، در گام بعدی شاخص های پیشنهادی با خبرگان مطرح و برخی از آن ها در همدیگر ادغام گردید و درنهایت تعداد شاخص های ارزیابی عملکرد به 12 مورد کاهش پیدا کرد. در مرحله بعد با مقایسات دوبه دوی شاخص ها توسط 10 نفر از خبرگان وزن‏ هرکدام از آن ها با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل سلسله مراتبی تعدیل یافته تعیین گردید. در مراحل بعدی ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان خط تولید با استفاده از شاخص های وزن داده شده، در طول سه ماه کاری توسط مدیر تولید انجام شد و درنهایت همبستگی بین شاخص های ارزیابی عملکرد نیروی انسانی موردمطالعه قرار گرفت.

    یافته ها

    نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بین برخی شاخص های ارزیابی عملکرد رابطه مثبت معنادار و بین برخی دیگر از آن ها رابطه منفی و معنادار وجود دارد.

    اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: 

    پژوهش حاضر به دنبال وزن دهی به شاخص های ارزیابی عملکرد با یک روش علمی و مبتنی بر نظر ارزیابی کنندگان است و به دنبال تعیین رابطه بین شاخص های ارزیابی عملکرد است.

    Purpose

    The purpose of this research is to determine the indicators for evaluating the performance of human resources, weighting the indicators and investigating the correlation between the indicators in the assembly lines of disposable razors and toothpicks in Shahab Baran Pardis Falak Company.

    Methodology

     This research is analytical and correlational. In the first stage of this research, specialized meetings were held with the managers of the organization in order to determine performance evaluation indicators, and first, 17 indicators related to employee performance evaluation were proposed, in the next step, the suggested indicators were discussed with experts and some of them were integrated with each other, and finally, the number of indicators Performance evaluations were reduced to 12 items. In the next step, with Pairwise comparisons of Indicators by 10 experts, the weight of each of them was determined by using the modified analytic hierarchy process. In the next stages, the performance of the production line employees was evaluated by the production manager during three working months using the weighted indicators, and finally, the correlation between the performance evaluation indicators of the human force was studied.

    Findings

    The research results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between some performance evaluation indicators and a significant negative relationship between some of them.

    Originality/Value: 

    The current research seeks to weight performance evaluation indicators with a scientific method based on the opinion of evaluators and seeks to determine the relationship between performance evaluation indicators.

    In our research, we present a study to determine the required sample size (the water body) to estimate the Spearman correlation coefficient in terms of its strength and direction for the variables of the total annual evaporation and annual humidity so that we have a symbol for the total annual evaporation (a) and the annual total humidity (b) for three provinces in Iraq, which are Baghdad, Najaf and Babel for a period of ten Years 1991 to 2000, we know that the Simple Linear Correlation Coefficient (Spearman) is a tool for people who work in statistical analysis. The result of the correlation of total annual evaporation and annual total humidity in Baghdad governorate was negative and strong, and the result of the correlation of total annual evaporation with the humidity of Najaf Governorate was positive and weak, and the result of the correlation between total annual evaporation and annual humidity in Babil Governorate was positive and weak.

    The analysis of cross-correlations is extensively applied for understanding of interconnections in stock markets. Variety of methods are used in order to search stock cross-correlations including the Random Matrix Theory (RMT), the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and the Hierachical ýStructures.ý
    In ýthis worký, we analyze cross-crrelations between price fluctuations of 20 ýcompany ýstocksýý of Iran by using RMT. We find the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of the matrices of the cross-correlations related to ýtheýse stocks.ýýý
    The results show some eigenvalues do not fall within the bounds of RMT eigenvalues, that indicate the correlations of ýý stocks in usual and critical flucatutions.

    This paper presents an analytical view of variance reduction by control variate technique for pricing arithmetic Asian options as a financial derivatives. In this paper, the effect of correlation between two random variables is shown. We propose an efficient method for choose suitable control in pricing arithmetic Asian options based on the control variates (CV). The numerical experiment shows the productivity of the proposed ‎method.‎
